Anchovies have always been stored in salt to preserve their meat. Even today, according to age-old recipes, anchovies are "salted" by expert hands, alternating a layer of fish and a thin layer of salt. Left under a press of heavy sea stones for at least 6/8 months to obtain an excellent product.

1 Kilo Plastic Pack. Store at +4 C°. Once opened, store covered with oil in the refrigerator and consume within 2 days.
