Martini Aperitif Ruby Special Reserve 75 Cl

Martini has proudly produced Vermouth in Piedmont since 1863, with a varied range that sees, as the latest born, the Rubino and Ambrato Reserves, particularly suitable for mixability. Ruby is the union of a percentage of Nebbiolo Langhe DOC together with aromatic extracts of herbs including Italian thistle, spices and woods including red sandalwood from Central Africa, aged in traditional oak vats. The result is a Vermouth with a remarkable structure, produced according to the Piedmontese tradition! Bright ruby red color, on the nose as in the mouth it is distinguished by woody and spicy notes, in a succession of cloves, cinnamon and incense, together with slightly bitter nuances rhubarb; the delicate balance of herbs produces a full-bodied and complex vermouth, with a rather long toasted finish. Always serve it cold, with lots of ice, with tonic water or mixed in a classic Italian aperitif.
