Tasting Notes

The Baffo Oro line comes from Noble barley, for which the master brewers wait a whole year for complete maturation. Only Italian spring malts are used for a lager with a bright gold color and a white, fine, compact and persistent foam. The noble spring barleys give fragrant floral and bread crust notes to the fragrant freshness of the hops. The taste is full and rounded, with an unmistakable balance between the sweetness of the malt and a delicate and pleasant bitterness.

Excellent match with egg pasta and cold cuts, in particular with raw ham.
