The flavor is also of medium intensity, with a slight malt bitterness in the aftertaste, good balance but a little less harmony.The body is quite robust; it is recommended to accompany with aged goat cheeses or stewed rabbit, not bad even with pasta with shellfish-based sauces or grilled crustaceans.
