BIERE DU BOUCANIER GOLDEN ALE RESERVE MAGNUM LT.1,5

The color is golden yellow, very torpid, covered by a white but not candid foam of excellent persistence and compactness despite a not too fine grain. Medium intensity and persistence on the nose, it immediately reveals a very warm aroma of acacia honey that would even suggest a flavored beer, all framed by a very light spiciness and a secondary (but not secondary!) aroma of ripe white fruit in alcohol, perhaps even a hint of freshly picked tomato. In the mouth the intensity does not hesitate to be felt, the taste is very sweet with a hint of bitterness at the end of the sip just to not make it cloying, perhaps more lovable than sweet, it gives emotions at an alcohol level with its 11 degrees that do not forgive but, overall, they enhance the whole.
