It is a brand of French beer, flavored with Tequila, produced by the Brasserie Fischer of Strasbourg in Alsace. Desperados is a light yellow low fermentation beer with a persistent head. Olfactory it is a transgressive beer thanks to the tequila notes that emerge; to the taste, however, it tends to be sweet. Desperados beer goes well with biscuits, pastries, dried fruit, cheeses and cured meats but this does not mean that you can enjoy it around a table with your friends.
