The fermentation at a controlled temperature of 14 degrees allows it to express all its aromas and scents. It has a vibrant, incisive and vital character. The aroma is fresh, decisive and spicy, rich in yeast fragrance. In the mouth it is well balanced and structured with a good flavor and freshness.
