Contadi Castaldi Brut Franciacorta reveals itself in the glass with a bright straw yellow, denoting a perlage of exemplary finesse. Lively nose, it varies from floral hints of lime and jasmine to other more fleshy ones of peach and citrus. The sip, crisp and slender, strikes for its extreme freshness and drinkability, but is enriched by a well-integrated underlying creaminess. The product accompanies aperitifs and delicate fish-based dishes, creating interesting combinations also with preparations such as soups and risottos.

A Franciacorta with great personality, composed of a selection of Pinot Noir grapes from an extraordinary moraine soil that gives the grapes and the wine their savoury flavour.

Contadi Castaldi offers a Franciacorta Rose DOCG Similar in concept to the Brut di Contadi Castaldi. Chardonnay plays the leading role. The result is a sparkling wine rich in fragrance, never predictable, which favors smoothness and an accessible sensorial language. A great classic. 75 cl glass bottle.

Contadi Castaldi Franciacorta Saten DOCG, Delicate straw yellow with fine bubbles and creamy and white foam, has a direct and frank nose of lemon, cedar and citrus peel, together with typical notes of yeast and bread crust, in a fruity background of apple. Juicy, fragrant and immediate taste, with didactic flavor and balanced freshness, in a complex of gentle structure and right citrus persistence. Excellent as an aperitif, it does not disdain a mixed fry, mussels au gratin and velvety.

Contadi Castaldi's Spumante Franciacorta Brut is born in vineyards located in the heart of the Franciacorta DOCG. It is produced mainly with Chardonnay grapes and with Pinot Nero and Pinot Bianco grapes, harvested between the end of August and the beginning of September. This Franciacorta Brut is characterized by a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Ideal with fish-based dishes and cold cuts. 1.5 lt glass bottle.
