To enjoy all the flavor of Tigullio Ricotta and Pistachio, simply add a little salt to the pasta cooking water and use a spoonful to dilute each portion of pesto before mixing it with the pasta.

The strong flavor of Pecorino Romano DOP and the intensity of the black peppercorns give life to a fragrant and full-bodied pesto, typical of the Italian tradition.

When the velvety and tender artichoke hearts combine with the crunchiness of the walnuts, a combination with a unique consistency is born.

Prepared using fragrant fresh basil processed immediately after harvest, so as to preserve intact its intense aroma and characteristic flavor. Gluten free.
