Dark and deep mahogany color, it has a rich and ample bouquet on the nose, with evident hints of coffee beans, cinnamon, cloves and sweet fruity sensations of cherry and plum jam, together with light cocoa puffs.

The taste is extraordinarily delicate, soft, rich in toasted hazelnut returns, and with a touch of molasses, perfectly balanced between alcohol and roundness, towards a long persistence of spicy and toasted notes.

The product I am about to talk about represents, one of the best Spanish brandies.

Cardenal Mendoza is produced by Sa'nchez Romate Hnos, a company founded in 1781 as a Sherry company.

It should in fact be remembered that the well-known fortified wine originates from this region. Sherry, in fact, an English derivation of the name Jerez, which indicates both the homonymous center Jerez de la Frontera, and the wine.

A century later the company began to produce the Brandy that has given it the current international prestige it enjoys, counting, over time, the Court of

Spain, the English House of Lords and the Vatican City (the latter seems obvious, given the name of the Brandy).
