Liqueur Psico Moai Riserva Capel From the vineyards in southern Peru, the various types of grapes were selected and exported to the Spanish colonies, this was the wine that today would be called: export quality; those that were not up to par were discarded and given to the workers, to do what they wanted. Many began distilling a kind of brandy, a by-product of wine production that was considered a minor drink by the Spaniards. They started calling it Pisco, from the name of the port where it could be purchased, the city of Pisco (about 200 kilometers south of Lima). It is a distillate of wine must which, technically, can be considered brandy: intense and bright color, it has a taste that is a refined blend of wood and fruit, round and with good persistence. 70 cl glass bottle with case
