Original Stock The original stock Brandy draws its strength directly from the quality and genuineness of the wine brandy. It is a pure and genuine brandy, where the traditional method followed by the stock for distillation and aging enhances the original naturalness of the wines from which it comes. The name brandy classifies wine distillates aged in oak barrels. The base wines are carefully selected by the master distiller who uses the classic Charente still for the production. The processing involves the elimination of the first part of the distillate (head) and the last part (tail). Only the central part (heart) is used and then left to age in oak barrels.
