The secret

The ability of Fratelli Branca to take care of a centenary product that reflects the knowledge of those who produce it. Taste and aroma remain unaltered thanks to the secret placed in the oak mother barrel, author of one of the most delicate phases of production: the amalgam of different spirits aged for a minimum of three up to a maximum of ten years. A third of the amalgam always remains inside the Mother Barrel, a peculiarity that gives life to the unique bouquet of Stravecchio Branca since 1888.

Tasting notes

Amber in color with golden reflections, the nose is intense, composite and with notes of vanilla. Its taste is full and soft with hints of dried fruit. Stravecchio is perfect smooth, with ice, in punch or cocktails. It is used in refined cocktails, such as: Sidecar, Alexander and Dr. Ink, Filippo Sisti's signature cocktail.
