Ingredients

Remilled durum wheat semolina 33.7%*, type "0" soft wheat flour, water, mother yeast 13.5%* (water, type "0" soft wheat flour), extra virgin olive oil 3.4% *, iodized salt, yeast, durum wheat semolina 1.3%*, soft wheat germ.
