They are born from the combination of our pecorino cheese and traditional ingredients carefully selected from typical production areas, to obtain the excellence of the flavor, such as Le Delizie are the ideal cheeses for the everyday table; in the autumn months they can become mixed, therefore produced with sheep's milk and the addition of cow's milk

This cheese, produced with the prized "Pistachio Verde di Bronte DOP", is one of the most popular of the "Delizie" family. The presence of tasty Sicilian pistachios makes it particularly suitable as an aperitif or appetizer.
