A very special version of our most loved and known cheese.
The fresh and savory taste of sheep's milk cheese is combined with the precious and intense one of truffles.
It is a young cheese, which matures just 20-25 days and is made only from whole sheep's milk from the Sardinian pastures.
The rind is dark yellow, with the stripes of canestrati cheeses. The paste is cream-colored, dotted and
with a darker color than the pieces of truffle and with a few holes. It has a fresh and creamy texture,
the scent that combines the aroma of truffles with that of milk.
The taste is balanced and persistent, with the intense note of the truffle softened by the notes of the cheese.
It is a very special touch for appetizers to an aperitif or appetizers, and can be a magnificent ending to a dinner,
alone or accompanied by homemade bread or fragrant baked goods.
