The infusion obtained from this citrus fruit gives our drink a unique taste capable of releasing intense aromas. It's Our Chinotto, the one with the chinotto from the Slow Food Presidium of Savona.

Ingredients

water, sugar, lemon juice from concentrate, carbon dioxide, caramelised sugar, natural flavourings, Chinotto infusion from the Slow Food Presidium of Savona (0.03%).

To be served in a low and capacious glass

Clear color but with intense and lively caramel tones. Intense aroma of citrus and spices. The bubbles enhance the finesse and harmony of a particularly complex bouquet: citrus fruits, herbs, spices and bitter caramel.
