Description

The one with Amalfi sfusato lemon

Soda Lurita

To the eye it is brilliant and crystalline, to the nose the lively scent of lemon emerges. The intensity is enhanced by the presence of bubbles which harmonizes and refines the evocation of orange blossoms and lemon peel. Particularly balanced and full-bodied, the long persistence is accompanied by a gentle acidity that dissolves in sweet notes.

Ingredients

water, sugar, acerola juice from concentrate, “PGI Amalfi Coast Lemon” juice (1% – lemons used 40 g/L of finished product), carbon dioxide, infusion of “PGI Amalfi Coast Lemon” (0 .2% – lemons used 2.1 g/L of finished product), citric acid acidifier, natural lemon flavors with other natural flavors.

To be served in a rounded glass

Consumed alone it is an excellent thirst quencher but, thanks to its pleasant acidity, it can also be combined with dishes based on raw fish and shellfish. Also excellent transformed into a sorbet with the addition of a mint or sage leaf.
