Tassoni with Elderflowers Cedral Tassoni produces an absolute novelty in premium beverages with Tassoni quality. It is a carbonated soft drink with elderflower extract and low sugar content. The small white flowers are extracted in water to obtain an infusion with a floral and fruity aroma reminiscent of Muscat. Distilled lemon peel completes the fragrance by bringing the typical fresh and sparkling note. The base is made up of demineralised water with the addition of sugar, elderflower extract, carbon dioxide, acidifier: citric acid, lemon aroma with other aromas extracted from the fruit processed on the farm.
