It perfectly expresses the varietal tones of the three main grape varieties of the region: Pinot Noir, in a higher percentage, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay, and ages on the lees for at least 30 months. The residual sugar is equal to 9 g / l, therefore a brut with a generous dosage that gives it subtle and delicate sweet nuances.
