Blanc de Blancs is produced exclusively from Premier and Grand Cru Chardonnay grown in the Cote des Blancs.

A blend of vintages and reserve wines, generous and complex aromas, which the Maison allows to age for a long time to obtain an elegant and gourmet Champagne.

This is truly a gourmet champagne and goes well with a wide range of dishes.

The creamy nature and complex range of flavors would lend themselves well to a "fisherman's pie", a mixture of different types of fish, layered with potatoes, bechamel sauce and cheese crust.

Scalloped potatoes with truffles and herb roasted chicken would also do.
