The Brut LP from the Maison Laurent-Perrier displays all the freshness, elegance and balance of a non-vintage Brut. Distinguished by a slight predominance of Chardonnay (45%, against 40% Pinot Noir and 15% Pinot Meunier), this cuvée offers a delicate and complex nose. Grapes from more than 55 different vineyards are used for the composition of this Brut champagne, to which Laurent-Perrier adds, during the assembly, 10-20% of reserve wines from the harvests of previous years, in order to preserve and perpetuate the style of the house. Founded in 1812, the Maison Laurent-Perrier has built its worldwide fame thanks to its extreme demand for quality, but also to its ability to develop champagnes of intense pleasure, with a strong character. «The Maison Laurent-Perrier's Brut LP shows a splendid pale gold color which highlights its fine and persistent bubbles. On the nose, this cuvée develops complex notes of citrus fruits, followed by fragrances of white fruits. In the mouth, the attack of the Brut LP is marked by great freshness. This supple and round wine affirms the delicious fruity aromas discovered on the nose on the palate, which here benefit from a beautiful persistence.
