Sandwich with San Carlo Grill Chips, Pistachio Mortadella and Burrata.
Procedure:
Prepare the bread: Cut the sandwich in half and, if you prefer, you can toast it lightly to make it crispier. Let it cool for a few minutes.
Spread the burrata: Open the burrata and, with a spoon, spread the creamy part on both halves of the bread. Add a pinch of salt and pepper if desired.
Add the mortadella: Arrange the mortadella slices on top of the burrata, creating an even layer. The sweetness of the mortadella will pair perfectly with the creaminess of the burrata.
San Carlo Grill Chips: Add a generous handful of San Carlo Grill chips on top of the mortadella. This will give the sandwich an irresistible crunch and a slightly smoky flavor.
Pistachio Crumble: Sprinkle 1-2 tablespoons of pistachio crumble over the chips and mortadella for an extra crunchy, aromatic touch that pairs well with the pistachio mortadella.
