Grills are perforated chips and the special shape gives a crunchiness and a unique taste sensation compared to traditional cut chips.

Ingredients: Potatoes, Vegetable oils (palm, high oleic sunflower), Salt, May contain milk, mustard and celery.

Put them in the sandwich

Sandwich with San Carlo Grill Chips, Pistachio Mortadella and Burrata.

Procedure:

Prepare the bread: Cut the sandwich in half and, if you prefer, you can toast it lightly to make it crispier. Let it cool for a few minutes.

Spread the burrata: Open the burrata and, with a spoon, spread the creamy part on both halves of the bread. Add a pinch of salt and pepper if desired.
