With the thick blade you can cut cheese, carrots, ginger, garlic, coconut and many other ingredients,

obtaining flakes of greater thickness than those obtained with the fine blade grater.

The soft-touch handle and the rubber foot guarantee stability and working flexibility.

In its elegant form the Gourmet series offers ten different efficient blades: Fine, Thick, Double medium blade,
