Abbaye de Malonne is an old Belgian abbey founded in Wallonia in 1151. Inspired by the great sparkling aperitif wines such as Champagne,

Cava or Prosecco, the Bière Brut line are brewed according to the Belgian Tradition and refined according to the Classic Method.

Unfiltered and unpasteurized, they referment in the bottle with Champagne yeast for over three months, developing unique flavors and all the richness of aromas.

Abbaye de Malonne Bière Brut Bourbon is a particular blonde beer that ages in small ex-bourbon barrels,

thus obtaining complex notes of vanilla, spices and wood. A meditation beer to accompany a little chocolate.
