Abbaye de Malonne is an old Belgian abbey founded in Wallonia in 1151.
Inspired by the great sparkling aperitif wines such as Champagne,
Cava or Prosecco, the Bière Brut line are brewed according to the Belgian Tradition and refined according to the Classic Method.
Unfiltered and unpasteurized, they referment in the bottle with Champagne yeast for over three months, developing unique flavors and all the richness of aromas.
Abbaye de Malonne Bière Brut Cognac is a particular blonde beer that ages in small ex-cognac barrels, thus obtaining sweet notes of figs and caramel.
A meditation beer to accompany a little chocolate.
