SIERRA NEVADA PALE ALE CAN CL.33 X 4

Thanks to this beer, Sierra Nevada has reached the Holy Grail, a beer with enormous crossover potential!

The color is a "gem", the right shade of amber (copper with golden reflections), quite clear but with micro particles in suspension of yeast and with a fine and creamy ocher foam, compact and with good persistence.

The strong point is however the aroma: fruity (passion fruit and mango), and an extremely varied hops, including resinous, citrus (grapefruit and orange), floral and herbaceous. In the distance a light caramel.

Medium to light body with medium carbonation.

The hops dominate the taste, bitter from the start, leaving however a good lightly toasted malt base perceived in the background.

Dry finish, which cleans the palate and introduces a long bitter and pungent aftertaste with unexpected spicy finishes
