The National Seasoned Capocollo is obtained from the selection of the best parts of the pig and a slow maturation which enhances its flavor and enriches its consistency. Each slice reveals tender, slightly spicy and intensely flavorful meat, with an unmistakable aroma. To best enjoy the Seasoned Capocollo Nazionale, slice it thinly and serve it as the protagonist of a plate of Italian appetizers. Accompany it with artisanal cheeses , olives, crusty bread and condiments such as extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar to create a table full of flavours.
To pair with the Mature Capocollo Nazionale, we recommend a glass of Primitivo Red Wine. Barbera, with its freshness and fruity taste, pairs beautifully with the spiciness and complexity of this cured meat, creating a combination of tastes that will make your palate shine.
