CPLA is the acronym that characterizes PLA with a crystallization process, particularly suitable for the creation of products intended for contact with hot foods. This process gives PLA the ability to withstand higher temperatures, up to 85°/90°C. The products made with CPLA material are biodegradable and after undergoing the crystallization process the CPLA changes color, and from the original transparent it becomes milky white.
