PLA glasses for cold drinks are produced with a biopolymer derived from renewable resources annually.

Through a fermentation process, dextrose (derived from the sugar naturally contained in these resources) is converted into lactic acid and, subsequently, into versatile polymers, which can be used to produce resins similar to plastics or fibers.

Due to the nature of the raw material used, all PLA products are suitable only for cold foods and drinks and must be stored away from direct sunlight and in any case at temperatures below 40 ° C. Biodegradable and compostable, certified according to the legislation European EN-13432, can be disposed of in the wet together with the organic waste collection.
