Unfiltered and unpasteurized Double Malt Beer, refermented in the bottle, produced in Italy with the top fermentation method.

The unfiltered Blonde Double Malt Beer by Umbrian Mastri Birrai is a pure barley malt beer inspired by the tradition of Strong Ale.

The visual aspect is characterized by an intense yellow color, naturally veiled, with honey-colored reflections and a white and persistent foam.

The fresh and herbaceous notes of the aromatic hops stand out clearly. The use of special malts in this recipe gives it its malty and honeyed notes.

When tasted, the intense notes of barley malt and caramel are found, balanced by the bitterness of the hops and hints of ripe fruit due to the high fermentation yeasts used.

The finish is persistent and complex. It goes well with aged cheeses, aged or smoked cured meats, spicy or aromatic dishes.
