Ingredients:

For the base:

200 g of dry biscuits, 100 g of melted butter .

For the cream:

500 ml of whole milk, 100 g ofsugar , 50 g of corn starch , 4 egg yolks, 1sachet of vanilla or 1 vanilla pod

For the crumble:

100 g of flour , 70 g of brown sugar , 70 g of cold butter in cubes

For the filling:

200 g of candied or syrup-soaked cherries (Setola Frutta Candita Amarene)

50 ml of black cherry syrup (optional)

Powdered sugar for decoration (optional)
