Marzolino Toscano Busts 1 Kg Approx

Marzolino Toscano is a typical regional soft cheese with a sweet flavor. During the dry salting it is coupled to its "twin" form and subjected to periodic turning, which also continues during the seasoning on wooden boards. The continued manipulation is necessary in order to make it acquire the typical trapezoidal shape. The rind is treated with tomato paste and extra virgin olive oil, perfect when paired with wine, honey, beer or mustard
