Description
To produce this Zibibbo the grapes from the province of Trapani are vinified with skin maceration for 10 hours, then subjected to controlled fermentation and addition of neutral wine alcohol.
After aging for six months in stainless steel vats and two in the bottle, this wine is obtained with a light amber color and an intense, persistent aroma, with hints of apricot jam.
Recommended with dry desserts in general, it is also excellent with hard and blue cheeses.
