TERRITORY OF ORIGIN Province of Trapani, countryside of Marsala and Mazara del Vallo

Soil: medium texture, sandy, slightly clayey

Climate: Mediterranean, mild winters, limited rainfall, very hot and windy summers

VINIFICATION AND AGING Skin maceration for 10 hours, controlled fermentation and addition of neutral wine alcohol. Aging for 6 months in tanks and 2 in bottles

Color: light amber. Bouquet: aromatic, intense and fruity

Taste: full and harmonious

PAIRINGS Dry desserts in general. Serve at 10°-12°C.
