Merit of Vittorio Moretti, patron father of the company and Mattia Vezzola, one of the greatest oenologists in Italy when it comes to refermentation in the bottle. Glory and fame soon arrived with bottles that are now in the firmament of DOCG Franciacorta, such as Alma, the most famous orange label in Italian enology, a skilful blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir, for a caressing, soft and tasty taste that reveals a solid and technically perfect soul. Extremely bright straw yellow, it is crossed by infinite bubbles that create a soft foam. Fragrant notes of pear and white peach, hawthorn and almond candy, grilled bread and mineral puffs on the nose. Corresponding to the palate, it is well balanced between freshness and softness and persistent on mineral notes. From the aperitif onwards, it will go very well with dishes based on fish and shellfish, delicate fries and medium-aged cheeses.
