Produced from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in lands of morainic origin between the areas of Erbusco, Adro, Cazzago, Gussago. The soft pressing in a lung press preserves the organoleptic qualities in a grape juice that passes a first and second selection. Magnum bottle format of 1.5 liters.

Description

Centinari Franciacorta Brut DOCG - 1.5L Magnum Bottle

Grapes 100% Chardonnay

Grape harvest from mid-August, in the early hours of the morning.

The first selection of the grapes takes place in the field, where only the best bunches are collected in crates of 18 kg maximum, to prevent the weight of the grapes from breaking the berries. The second selection of the grapes takes place in the cellar, followed by a soft pneumatic pressing.

The Franciacorta "Method"

The production of Franciacorta has a very close connection with time: time is a fundamental ingredient. Uncorking a bottle of Franciacorta is receiving an incomparable gift, a gift given by a long journey through time. The method requires that the whole bunches are pressed, gently, with respect, and the first must is fermented for the first time to then create the Cuvée, combining the different varieties, vineyards and vintages.
