CONTADI CASTALDI FRANCIACORTA BRUT DOCG JEROBOAM LT.3
Contadi Castaldi’s Franciacorta is a fresh and intriguing brut sparkling wine, aged for over 20 months on the lees in the bottle and also marketed in the luxurious Jeroboam format.
Franciacorta Jeroboam Brut by Contadi Castaldi perfectly reflects the character of the territory, with a fresh and elegant style. It is a cuvée composed of a majority of Chardonnay with a small balance of Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc. At the end of the refinement on the lees, the wine maintains a profile that expresses delicate floral notes, fragrant citrus and fruity aromas. It is an ideal label to taste at the time of the aperitif or with delicate fish appetizers. Franciacorta Contadi Castaldi is a bottle produced by an important winery in Franciacorta, founded in the early 90s on the initiative of Vittorio Moretti, already owner of Bellavista. The spaces of an ancient furnace proved to be perfect for the refinement needs of the Classic Method. Contadi Castaldi quickly made itself known for its innovative spirit in the Franciacorta panorama and for having focused heavily on the most typical and identifying typology of the denomination: the Satèn. Thanks to the decades of experience gained with the Bellavista brand, Contadi Castaldi has immediately established itself among enthusiasts as a guarantee of quality. Its wines perfectly describe the unique character of the Franciacorta territory.
In the glass it has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections, animated by a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose it is fresh, with floral notes of lime, nuances of citrus, white peach and green pepper. The mouth is tense and crisp, fresh and vertical, savory, refined and with a very pleasant persistent finish.
