Contadi Castaldi: A Millenary History

The name Contadi Castaldi is a synthesis of the thousand-year history of Franciacorta, of its 19 municipalities and of their vocation for exceptional agriculture. In 1500, the period of maximum splendor of the Venetian Republic, Franciacorta produced food and wines destined for the tables of princes, kings and rich merchants. Splendid Venice was the market of choice for Franciacorta to promote its wines.
