Tasting notes

Straw yellow color, with light golden reflections; fine and persistent perlage. The nose is delicate and is expressed with hints of white pulp fruits and floral notes. On the palate it is elegant, fresh and harmonious.

Also ideal to cheer up an aperitif, it is excellent in combination with fish first courses, baked fish and white meats.
