It was in 1999 that the Antinori family, for centuries the absolute protagonist of Italian wine, decided to start producing sparkling wines in the heart of Franciacorta.

The estate cultivates the varieties that traditionally lend themselves best to the production of Franciacorta, i.e. Chardonnay, with a typical aroma with floral and fruity notes,

Pinot Noir, which gives structure and personality, Pinot Blanc, savory and mineral.

Franciacorta Rosè has a creamy mousse with a fine and persistent perlage, on an aromatic level it is fragrant and decisive,

characterized by the unmistakable peculiarity of Pinot Noir, with vague hints of dried wild flowers, while on the palate it is characterized by its freshness

in perfect balance with the structure, for a result of remarkable harmony and elegance

Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with salami-based appetizers, shellfish-based first courses, white meats and medium-aged cheeses.
