Franciacorta Satèn Brut DOCG Ricci Curbastro

Tasting notes

It dresses the glass in a beautiful straw yellow, crystalline and brilliant, with a subtle and elegant perlage. The olfactory bouquet is rich and complex, composed of hints of ripe peach and citrus hints of cedar, followed by notes of almond and references to yeast and bread-making. The sip is soft, refined and with a good structure, delicately fresh and long in persistence.

Pairings

Also excellent throughout the meal and ideal to accompany fish-based cuisine, it should be tried in combination with seafood lasagna.
