After decades of knowledge gained in the field, Levira Distillery set out to create a unique and distinct experience.

The diamond in each bottle represents the process of creating a priceless product.

Today the Levira Distillery produces three quality products which are the brandy, the 20-year-old Brandy and the recently awarded Gin Adamus (Best Portuguese London Dry Gin - World Gin Awards 2019).

Adamus comes from the Greek word Adamas, diamond, as this super premium gin, as well as our bottle, was conceived and created following the shapes of a diamond, which constantly reflects a sublime spirit. To create Adamus Dry Gin, 86 botanical extracts were tested, and the best 18 were selected, with an interesting singularity: this is the only gin in which one of the extracts is the famous Bairrada - Baga grape variety. The selected natural extracts are individually steam distilled in traditional copper stills.

These distillates, individually selected, are mixed in perfect proportions, respecting the special and distinct recipe of ADAMUS Dry Gin.

The bottle was developed not to be inferior to the gin, as a result, each bottle was designed to be a diamond, and the cork emphasizes its naturalness.

Everything in Adamus is unique: the bottling, numbering and packaging of each bottle are operations done manually, with commitment and dedication in order to have full control of each single bottle.
