It is a creation of bartender Dee Davies and celebrates her passion for experimenting with flavors.

Created by bartender Dee Davies, it earned her the victory of "Show your Spirit", a competition in which bartenders are invited to create

a Jinzu personal drink and brand is distilled in the traditional copper vessel and completed with a touch of distilled sake.

The freshness of the juniper is enhanced by the lemon; delicate notes of cherry blossom and yuzu, similar to lemon, with a final touch of sake

Jinzu is great in a gin and tonic garnished with a slice of green apple.
