Collected exclusively in particular Apennine areas of Tuscany, the juniper berries are infused in pure alcohol obtained from wheat at about 65% alcohol and then distilled in a vacuum pot still to preserve even the most delicate aromas. The botanicals of art: Catmint, safflower, reseda odorata, madder, Montefeltro ford. All these precious and rare botanicals are infused separately in pure wheat alcohol at about 55% alcohol and then distilled, again separately, in a small non-vacuum discontinuous still.
