Nordés Gin has been defined by the producers themselves as an Atlantic Galician Gin, a typical Atlantic and Galician gin. Nordés, in fact, is produced by the distillation of Albariño wine and an infusion of typical Galician spices, such as laurel, lemon verbena, prickly broom and eucalyptus. Other ingredients also include juniper, cardamom, quinine, lemon peel, ginger, hibiscus, licorice and tea. Macerated and slowly distilled according to traditional methods, Atlantic Nordés Galician Gin comes in a large, white bottle with a label showing the map of the world.
