Another excellence of Silvio Carta, Pigskin Pink is a gin aged for at least 6 months in centuries-old chestnut barrels, which previously contained Vernaccia. As for the Pilloni line, it uses botanicals from the territory, near the distillery, to arrive at a soft and round gin, with a delicate balsamic note and typical scent of the Mediterranean scrub. The scent of juniper is immediately evident on the nose, to which are added notes of aromatic herbs, cyclamen and cardamom.
