The Silent Pool Gin is a distillate of the highest quality, which comes from the surroundings of the city of Guildford. We are dealing with a bottle that comes from a meticulous production process, in which the various "botanicals" are processed and distilled with different techniques and timing, designed to highlight and enhance the most salient characteristics during the tasting phase. Fresh, rich and with a good structure, this Gin is undoubtedly the flagship product of the distillery, characterized by a typical aromatic profile in which juniper takes center stage. The Gin Silent Pool distillate is a distillate that comes from the infusion in an alcoholic base of 24 different "botanicals". It is interesting to note how the entire distillation process is based on sustainability and respect for the environment: in fact, the process makes use of the combustion of strictly local wood, and water from the nearby lake is used. Each group of the 24 ingredients used it is introduced in a different phase of production, and the distillation takes place thanks to a still - heated with wood but not with direct flame - equipped with a rectification column that guarantees absolute aromatic cleanliness. The Gin Silent Pool reveals itself to the eye completely colorless, with a crystalline core. The bouquet of notes enveloping the nose is refreshing, with hints of citrus and typical hints of juniper, while at the end of the olfactory analysis there is also room for a hint of chamomile flower. It enters the mouth with a sip with a good structure, broad and enveloping, characterized by a fresh and concentrated taste, decidedly clear and clean on the palate.
