In homage to Hanami, ROKU Sakura Bloom layers sweet flowers with savory hints from the flower leaves. A blend of six exclusively Japanese botanicals enhances its natural sweetness, creating a gin in full bloom.

The nose: Bright and inviting, it evokes the freshness of early spring. Delicate and soft floral scent of cherry blossoms, reminiscent of a Japanese garden during Hanami.
The Palate: Soft and smooth top notes, subtly sweet and richly elegant. A nostalgic pinch of savory Sakura-mochi, the traditional dessert of the season, balanced with the fruity sweetness of cherry blossoms. Meticulously blended with ROKU 's original botanicals.
The end: A persistent finish that invites the next sip. As each flower falls, a new one is anticipated.

Due to its particular characteristics, Gin Roku is very suitable for the preparation of classic cocktails, such as the gin tonic with Fevertree , or more innovative ones, such as the Sloely Count to Six, but its true vocation lies in pairing it with food: it is to try with sushi or, more generally, with all raw fish (we really liked the delicate contrast between the sweetness of the raw prawns and the fresh acidity of the gin and we found it superb with oysters).
