It is precisely in the city of Gers, a famous seventeenth-century spa town, that Gin Valley is born, a Dry Gin produced with 7 distillations and the use of 9 botanicals, some coming from the Serra Do Gers. Among the main ones are juniper, peppermint, St. John's wort and orange.The water used is the purest that the river Gers can offer.The name Valley derives from the valley of Aties / Vila Verde, a city crossed by the river Gers. The cork is 100% natural cork and wood.
